In the unlikely event you need to make a return, we provide a 45 day return policy and we are here to help meet your tire needs at TireShop.com. Please see below our process and requirements to submit a return claim. Our customer support representatives will assist you with your return request by answering all your questions and providing instructions and returns procedures:
Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery for full-refund or exchange of the costs for the tires, excluding shipping costs incurred and the return shipping costs incurred.
Online shopper is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees incurred and will be deducted from the credit issued.
If tire received is damaged or incorrect (not what order specified), please contact customer service at Info@TireShop.com or call (800)-870-1027) to submit a claim. Keep all original labels and packaging for the return due to damaged or mis-shipped tires. We will arrange for free return of damaged or incorrect tires due to shipping error with call tags from Fed-Ex. We will report the damage to the shipper to initiate pickup. Full refund will be refunded. If its an exchange due to wrong tires shipped, there will be no additional cost to the buyer and tires will be shipped to match invoice of tires ordered and paid for.
Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to fulfill a cancellation request prior to a tire/tires being shipped. In case we are not able stop the shipment on time, our policy for charges to return listed above will be process for credit to be applied.
